Does this motherboard have front usb support?
(asin the front usb's on my case, can i connect them up with this motherboard)

It supports up to six USB 2.0 ports, but does not support USB 3.0

so it would not be a great choice for my zalman z9 plus

It would be perfect - the Zalman Z9 Plus has 4 front panel USB 2.0 ports, and the motherboard supports up to 6.
