I have the ASRock 990FX Extreme3 motherboard, running with an AMD FX-8350 and Geforce GTX 780. I'm running Windows 7, 64 bit. I'm having an error with the back USB ports, 2.0 and 3.0. Every time my computer goes on "sleep" mode, and wakes up, some peripherals I have don't immediately work. My mouse (R. A. T. 7) will only work with one axis at a time, moving only vertically or horizontally. I have to unplug it and plug it back in 2 or 3 times for it to work normally. My Rosewill RNX-N180UBE 802.11b/g/n USB 2.0 Wi-Fi adapter will not be connected to the internet, and I'll need to connect it manually. All drivers are up to date. My keyboard works fine instantly when my computer wakes up.

Solution
Try disabling the power saving features for USB and your network adapter in the advance settings for each device in control panels device manager.
