Hello.
I buy this mobo, install CPU, RAM, open bios, and disable C6, C1E, APM, ThermalThrottling, CNQ, set ALL voltages manually (manual mode everywhere), but i still get voltage drop while my CPU load 100% (from 1.450 to 0.9, and it cause PC freeze (if OC to 4.5 GHz enabled) or highly drop performance). I have latest (1.50) bios firmware, and i search every option in UEFI bios to disable it, but no luck. Can some one who have same mobo help me? I know this mobo is peace of... rock, but now i cant buy new one.

PSU? Never! Its not my firts rig. I know about energy saving. I change my mobo from Gigabyte 990XA-UD3 to AssRock 990FX E3, because 990FX have x16+x16 PCI-E lines (x8+x8 on UD3). Anyway, UD3 will do same voltage drop, if CnQ&C6&C1E&APM activated. But if disable those functions - CPU will get 1.45 v. ALWAYS. But with this mobo...

Anyway, it's weird - how PSU can downclock multiplier to x7.0?

I test again - in happens in LinX testing, CPU load on graph jumping from 100% to 0%, and CPU voltage jumping from 1.35 (default clocks) to 0.9 (and 1.4 GHz CPU speed). Anyway, it cause PC freeze. And it only 42°... in AIDA64 with same 100% load - no voltage drop, no load drop... only at high load. I say again - it happens only in THIS mobo.

I think it might be the MOSFET overheating protection. I put Thermalright HR-09U type 2 on the mosfet chips and now it takes more time to downclock but still does it . I will test when my superior Air cooler comes and will tell u the resuts.
