asrock 990fx fatal1ty killer sound not working

So I was playing rage and my friend sent me a voice message on Facebook ( I had the steam web browser on in the back ground ) and the second I click play my sound dies out and all I hear is this loud staticy sound.It seems what goes on on screen also affects the static sound l, for example, I was on a board where someone uploaded a gif that switched between two images and whenever the switch occurred a beebing sounds would come from my speakers and when I switched to another tab the beebing stopped but the static kept going

Well it seems like the issue has fixed it self
