ASRock 990fx Killer vs Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3

I will be upgrading my computers mother board in a couple weeks for better overclocking. I am having trouble deciding between the Asrock Fatal1ty 990fx and the gigabyte 990fx UD3.

Asrock Fatal1ty 990fx is definitely better than the gigabyte 990fx UD3.
