Asrock a320m Am4 motherboard have built in wifi

Asrock a340m motherboard. Does this motherboard have built in wifi, or do I need to purchase a separate network card?

No, there is no onboard Wifi built-in. Just ethernet.

Needs a wireless card, or you can buy plug-in USB one which could be a better method since you can buy one with a USB desktop cradle (Netgear make these type) so you can have the wireless adapter on the desktop for a better signal (instead of having an internal wireless card near the floor inside the system case - - not ideal for a good signal).

Which one do you think will be faster. Network card or The Usb. RIght now my wifi is at 190mbps download speed. I want the full 190mbps and little ping. My router is in a different floor, and range extenders are trash.
