Question ASRock motherboard doesn't read usb stick for flash bios update ?

I want to update the BIOS on my ASRock A320M DGS motherboard but the instant flash bios doesn't read the file in the usb stick. I want to update the bios because i wanna use a 5000 series ryzen CPU. Any help will be great.

64 gb usb, limited to 30 to make it FAT32
and no, because i only have one available on my hands
