I have tried to look on the web but haven't been able to find a list specifically stating what GPU's the board will and will not support . I am currently running a 1050ti and would really like to switch to either a used titan x or a used 1070 and i would really appriciated if anyone could tell me if the board supports either of the GPU's previously mentioned

I don't know, and I don't think you should try to find out either.

At 40 dollars, it's obviously going to be a low quality product, and there is ZERO chance I'd trust it with the expensive hardware you intend to install OR even with what you already have if we're being honest AND if you value that hardware AT ALL.

I would HIGHLY recommend that you take a half hour and read ALL of the information at the links below. It will only help you to understand the importance and potential for serious problems when using a cheap power supply, and what actually makes one unit cheap and another unit not cheap.
