I'm using a Ryzen 3 with my mobo along with Crucial - 4GB DDR4 2133. I have been searching multiple guides on both fixing the 5 Beep Code, and getting video output. At this point I want to say that the integrated graphics is broken, but i have no clue what is causing the 5 beep error. I have reseated the RAM in both slots multiple times. i have reseated the CPU at least 3 times. I have tried both VGA and HDMI on two different monitors. Any help would be great. Thanks!

The lack of a graphics card would cause a beep code. On startup the PC does a quick check of basic components (including a graphics adapter), and if there's a clear problem with one (the lack of existence of one certainly counts 😛) it beeps.
Is this a new build, and what are the full specs?

Are you connecting though a video card? There is no onboard graphics on this board! The integrated display ports rely on an integrated CPU graphics chip, but not all supported CPUs on that board have one. Ryzen chips do not have integrated graphics.

Yeah. Kinda figured that out as i was thinking about other things. Now i know i need a gpu, but would the absence of a gpu be causing the beep error or would it be a different cause?

Thats what i was thinking after i had reseated everything at least times

I had this EXACT same problem with the exact same cpu and motherboard. I had a graphics card in there but it wasn't securely screwed in, so it would move around a bit. Since there is no built in graphics on ryzen chips, they won't work without a graphics card.

All you have to do is get a graphics card, and make sure it is securely screwed in.
