I just bought a ASRock A320M-HDV and the lan port is not showing in the device manager, same with the TP-Link AC1300 that I have installed (light shows on the TP-Link).

Does anyone have any clue what to do?

Solution
In that case I can only conclude that the motherboard is somehow defective.

Do you have the latest BIOS loaded?

Can you try running a Linux live CD to see if it detects the LAN port.

The only other option you will have will be a usb LAN adapter.

The Bios on board LAN is enabled, can't try in a different slot because of graphics card in other one, and the drivers can't be installed because the computer doesn't recognise that the card is in it.

I see,
WAN Miniport (IKEv2)
WAN Miniport (IP)
WAN Miniport (IPv6)
WAN Miniport (L2TP)
WAN Miniport (Network Monitor)
WAN Miniport (PPPOE)
WAN Miniport (PPTP)
WAN Miniport (SSTP)
