Question Asrock A320M-HDv r4.0 can't enter bios

I just bought a new mobo cpu and ram, i installed all the component properly. but when I try to boot, it doesn't show anything on the monitor, not even the screen to enter bios
the spec
mobo : Asrock A320M-HDv r4.0
cpu : AMD Ryzen 3 3100
ram : Apacer Panther 4GB DDR4 PC21300 2666MHz

i read around, some say that the bios firmware need to be updated. but how can I update it if I can't enter the bios itself? most of the tutorial i search, you need to enter bios to update the bios firmware.

you can contact amd for a loaner cpu.
or buy a supported cpu.
