Question Asrock A320M-HDV R4.0 with AMD Ryzen 5 3400g bios update 3.30 to 7.00/7.10/7.20

I wanted to know if those bios versions have some issue or not, I'm concerned since people previously had trouble getting BSOD thread stuck on driver error with 3.70 and 4.00 versions so it has to be downgraded to 3.30.

What is the purpose of the Bios update ? Why do you update ?

Just changing how the mobo do the job
But the main thing is just wanted to know if there's anything to be concerned about the latest version of it
