Asrock A320M Pro4 Overclocking

I know a A320 chipset mobo can't overclock the CPU. But can it overclock Ram frequency? And GPU.

Yes, you can overclock the RAM. The board specs list support for 3200+ MHz RAM speeds. And you can overclock the GPU with any motherboard. Unless you mean the integrated graphics (if you have an APU), in which case I'm not sure.
