asrock a75 pro4-m flash issue.

Ive tried to flash every way, with usb, formatted, fat32. with a External hard drive fat32, dos, doesnt work for me, windows, rom id doesnt make bios id, or some crap, and flashing, it doesnt even recognize the file. it says like image not found. ive tried everything this is getting to be a giant pain i just wanna update so i dont bluescreen anymore.

The BIOS downloads for all three flashing methods are zipped . You must unzip the contents before running the updating process.
