ASRock AB 350 Pro4 won't boot

I get an endless boot cycle without video or beeps in this new build.

ASRock AB 350 Pro4 bios P3.30 (I can't update)

CPU Ryzen 3 2200G

Memory is Patriot PSD48G2133KH 2x4GB

Video is onboard, also tried 3 video cards

Won't boot breadboarded or in case. tried each memory stick in A2,B2 fully seated, and tried no memory, 8 pin ATX connector and 24 pin power supply connector fully seated and with nothing but the power switch jumper connected (+/- speaker). cpu fan spins up but no video no beep just cycles off and on. tried 3 different power supplies, pulled cpu to check the pins, no luck. I'm out of things to try.

Was the motherboard box labeled “AMD Ryzen Desktop 2000 Ready”?

Ooooo...No. But the asrock website does say it supports this processor....but with a newer bios. I can't boot to flash it. It also says any Ryzen chip will boot with any bios. But maybe not with these newer chips?

If you can't update the BIOS yourself or exchange the motherboard where you bought it, AMD will send you a "Boot Kit" free of cost.

I got it from amazon...I guess I'll need to go the boot kit route. Thanks! I wasn't aware of that.

Amazon is very good with returns. Contact them with your problem and see what they say.
