Question ASROCK AB350 PRO4 Bios STABILITY/ISSUES

Hello guys i had just updated from v 5.10 to 5.70 right now and it is still buggy, I am having issues like USB ports disconnection randomly & Random PC Freeze while playing.. Thats why i wanted to go update for 5.80 that it maybe can fix the issue but it seems like most of the bios updates are fail. Anyone having this issues? anyone were using 5.80 version? If it is not that buggy at all or not much issue maybe i will push my luck to update on it.
