ASRock AB350M-HDV worth?

Hi,
I've found this motherboard from ASRock and it' the cheapest b350 I could find in Brazil.

I've noticed it has no heatsinks on vrm's and only a 4pin connector for cpu, where even some a320 boards have 8pins.

Is this a reliable board? I don't plan to OC, but can it be done with this board? Does having only 4pin energy for cpu affect something?

PS.: I have already ordered a Ryzen 5 1600 if it matters.

What kind of CPU are you planning to use? if its a lower end Ryzen it's fine.. just dont plan on overclock.

As I said, a Ryzen 5 1600.

If this board isn't able to overclock, is there any advantage over a cheaper A320 board?
