ASRock ab350m pro4 does not recognize my externe video card

I have an asrock AB350M PRO4 mainboard with a Ryzen 7 1700 eight-core processor and wanted to use the radeon R9 290 Videocard.
When I turn it on, it starts to beep 5 times. I put another card in it (Geforce GTX 670), it just starts up. Have the R9 290 done in another pc and that works on it.
1. The R9 290 just does it on another PC.
2. Mainboard is good.

Anyone have an idea????

Try testing the Ryzen setup with the power supply in the other pc.
Updating the board's BIOS might also help.

1. I had already done the power supply of the other PC in this PC, but I had no result.
2. Had already done the latest bios version, but also no result.
3. Bios reset

Have you tested the second PCIe slot?

Yess, no result.

Maybe a compatibility issue. Not sure about the cause.

On 3dmark.com I saw someone with the same hardware as mine. (https://www.3dmark.com/cg/4418788)

So I assume that normally it should work.
Have tried so much that I give up or someone has to come up with something.
