Hello. I ve build my new pc few months ago. (Ryzen 1700 hyperx predator 3000mhz gtx 1070 asus dual). My mobo was detecting my rams at 2400. With xmp 1 i got them to 2933. All was working perfect. I ve tested them for about 4 hours via memtest. I ve overclocked my cpu ti 3.8 - 1.2750v stable with aida64 stresstest for 1 day max temp 62 with stock cooler. After a month after those oc everything working perfectly i was getting some freezes. I updated my bios. Ram and cpu to stock values. Same freeze. When it started it was only when my pc was completly idle. Now is happening every 2-3 hours heavyload/idle. Sorry for the long description

memtest as in windows? Not enough, try prime95 to see if it fails. Could be OCing instability.

I ve set all to default. Bios reset. And pc still freezing. I m using windows 10 1709. I read that this version is bugged. Is that right?

just update to latest win 10 and update all the drivers from motherboard site and gpu driver. what psu is it?

Add 0.02 volts to the memory when you run memtest you need to run it all night. (turn the PC on let it warm up a while then start memtest 1 error is a fail)
I would also do a health check on your hard drive All the manufactures have a program for that.

I ve clean installed windows. Last update. Updated bios. Updated drivers. Only few programs installed. And as an example yestarday when i was just on chrome it got frozen 3 times in 15 mins. I mean i had to power off and than start again. Today the same. My psu is fortron raider-550w

I ve watched my comp while freezing and my ssd was at 100%. Could be that the problem?

Did you test ram with memtest86.com? Also test ssd health?

can you monitor disk by using task manager>performance>resource manager and see what process is occupying ssd?

can you identify what system process is doing that? Try to disable it.

I ve disabled search cortona and some other windows features. Same thang. I removed hdd clean install os. Install driver disable the same stuff. Worked perfectly for 1 h after that i strange sound appeard and than boom freeze
