The Radeon RX 5600 XT is capable of delivering up to 288 GBps of memory bandwidth, 55.6% lower than the Radeon RX 5700.

Your math is a bit off there, or at least the way it was presented. : D If the 5700 offers 448 GB/s of memory bandwidth, and the 5600 XT offers 288 GB/s, then the 5600 XT's bandwidth would be just 41% lower. Now, you could say that the 5700 offers 55.6% higher bandwidth than the 5600 XT, but you can't use the same number for the reverse comparison, as the percentage is based off the other number.
