Motherboard Asrock AM2NF6G-VSTA beta bios 2.39 from http://pctreiber.net/asrock-bios-downloads?did=48 using a Cpu Athlon X2 7750 BE.

Boots ok but reboots after 1 sec. It does not show "press F2 to enter Bios Menu", so there is no possibility to enter the bios menu. Sometimes it does not boot, it just freezes.

It's annoying cuz there are people saying it works with some x4 cpus, http://pctreiber.net/forum/asrock-amd-mainboards-f57/am2nf6g-vsta-athlon-640-possible-with-bios-t14019.html, or http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/274881-28-motherboard-compatibility-athlon.

Bios 2.39 says it is capable of work with Athlon II cpus in this mobo.

Checked Mobo, memories, Power Supply, Cpu Fan, etc with other Cpu without issues (it works ok now with and amd athlon x2 5000+). I've also resetted Cmos without any result.

Any help? Beta bios for this Mobo are Fake? Plz upload screenshots with working cpus using that bunch of beta bios (above 2.30).

Thank you for your answer,

You are talking about official bios (those Cpus you referred are from Bios 2.20 up 2.30).

I'm asking about bios above 2.30 (last official one) so above 2.30 are Beta ones (but really more powerful and stable?).

I've found that there are Beta 2.38 and 2.39 Bios for this Mobo, and people says it can work with Phenoms and Amd Athlon II.

In this Chinese board (http://m.1688.com/shengyijing/16592503.html) someone is asking about 7750 BE cpu and the answer talks about it.

" cpu not know which one to choose well? Athlon 7750 can be used? 245 2nd generation Athlon used? Or recommend a slightly better CPU price, thank you very much!"

"Supports up: AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ (box)
64 X2 5400+ recommendation (black box) offer by AMD Athlon: 465

reason

You can use AM2 + CPU, the bus, but because the problem can not play with CPU performance.
Please update the BIOS version 2.38 motherboard. After the motherboard is compatible with AM3 CPU socket. Quad-core is not a problem. But it can not fully recover the ability to send the CPU only. But at least stronger than the dual-core.
Problem solution
V2.38 online can not be downloaded directly to, just to ask for technical and persistent personal and update installation. If the confirmation is the BIOS version L2.38, it is recommended to use the socket AM3 AMD x2 240 or 245 CPU, low cost, low power consumption (I'm using the 245, has been more than a year, very stable compared with AM3 motherboards, the results can play 80%). Such as the BIOS and the previous version is V2.30, certainly not in Am3 the CPU, you need to pay attention! Athlon II X4 does not consider, is not supported, even if performance is limited to very large support, because the bus only HT1000."

This other German Board (http://www.planet3dnow.de/vbulletin/threads/390412-AM2NF6G-VSTA-Am3-Tauglich) talks about Beta Bios L2.39 (Translate online with Google).

I NEED people owing this Mobo showing Screenshots that these Beta Bios really works. At this point there are few pictures of working computers with these BIOS.

It's a pity that the German site that gave these Bios (http://pctreiber.net/forum/asrock-amd-mainboards-f57/support-asrock-am2nf6g-vsta-bios-t11905.html) has no updates from 2013.

Thank you very much for your support.

Ps. I'm so annoyed wit this topic cuz i own 3 Computers with this AM2NF6G-VSTA Mobo (I also have an Asrock ALiveNF6G-VSTA with Am2+ full compatibility but that mobo died last month, lol).
