Question Asrock AM4 B550M BIOS question ?

I have a new (not used but actually new) AsRock B550M Pro SE. The wealth of internet information states that it is compatible with Ryzen 3000, 4000, and 5000.

I have also discovered that MAYBE.... but not certainly.... that the bios that is currently installed "out of the box" may not work with Ryzen 3000 Gen.

I have also checked on the RAM to see compatibility and as far as I can tell, my RAM should be compatible, at least to boot to NON-OC mode

I am test booting with: Ryzen 3600X
Crucial Ballistix BL8G36C16U4BL 3600 16-18-18-38 (in various slot configs)

Ryzen 3600X

GTX 1070

the Bios Chip says P3.40

Will that bios allow for my CPU?

I have a cpu cooler sitting on the chip, and I also have both HDMI and DP cables running to the monitor

I also have attached an RGB case fan and an RGB light strip just to see what works and what does not

When powering on the PC, the CPU cooler runs, the case fan runs, the fan ARGB runs, the light strip ARGB runs AND the GPU fans come on and spin

I don't get any output to the monitor. Just a black screen that eventually turns and says "no signal."

I have not been able to figure out if this particular bios that came on this board is compatible with what I have.

I will put some photos and/or in the post just in case any very good Samaritans want to look deeper into it with me just because they are cool people.

The minimum BIOS you need is P2.90. You should be able to POST and get to OS install, out of the box, considering you're on P3.40.

I don't get any output to the monitor.
When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
