ASRock Appshop questions..?

does anyone use these apps? like Xfast Lan, Xfast Ram, GoodnightLed,

any of these useful besides maybe these 3? and if is there any harm to motherboard?

The Xfast LAN I didn't see a speed improvement and the Xfast RAM I never used considering you can just go into the BIOS and adjust it to the correct speed. I have seen the Appshop menu and IMO just seems like a bunch of bloatware you really don't need. I don't think they'll harm your MB but may slow down your system depending on how much resources there using.

my thoughts exactly, and u can manually update in the bios for firmware, all the other stuff to me is unnessicary outside of maybe chipset stuff but thanks for the reply!

The BIOS update (exe) was fine but the other stuff seems useless.
