ASROCK b360m-HDV mATX for i5-8400

Hello i wanna build pc with i5-8400 but i cant overclock it and in the future i wont buy any new cpu also so i want pretty budget motherboard and i found ASROCK B360M-HDV microATX and it says it is supporting 8gen cpu-s so would it be good for me? i mean for the performance in the games would be same fine as with the z370? i am building pc for gaming and school works. MicroATX i am buying becouse im gonna build pc withl little case.

As you noted, the main difference between a Z370 and B360 is the ability to overclock. The secondary difference is the ports and features on the motherboards. If the B360 has all the ports and features you need for your rig, then it's the correct choice.
