Question Asrock B450 m steel legend dual monitors not working

Ryzen 3 3200G
AOC 24B1HXS x2

First hdmi worked.
When i installed second monitor via displayport to hdmi the hdmi output did not work anymore.
Cables tested and ok.
Screens both work
HDMI port has been tested by retailer because i sent it back assuming the port was faulty.

However both screens turn up in display settings. But the second screen(connected to hdmi) remains no signal.

*retailer concluded that port is not faulty because it works with ryzen 3 2200G which they installed for testing purposes.
