Question Asrock b450 pro 4 bios update

HI

Im trying to update my cpu from a ryzen 2600 to a 5600x on a Asrock B450M PRo 4 MATX. I go to the asrock site look up the Bios and it says the latest validated bios that i need is 5.60p dated 6/6/22. But when i click the bios download listing the latest one they have is 10.31 from 8 26 24. Which one do you guys suggest i use??
