I'm in a kind of difficult situation, I am upgrading my sytem with an asrock b450 pro4, amd ryzen 5 2600, 16gb 3000Mhz, amd radeon rx590 and cooler master hyper 212 evo.
I wanna update the motherboards bios when Im gonna buy it in europe, because here in africa electricity cuts often, and it can harm the motherboard if it happens during the update. Now my question is, how should i update the bios, do i need to bring my hard drive with me to set up a temporary 'pc' build or are there other solutions? In europe im gonna have access to another pc, i red somewhere that you could update the bios with only a usb drive, the motherboard and the psu plugged in.
I'm not qualified like most most of you, that's why Im asking u.
Here are the bios info of the motherboard:
https://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/B450%20Pro4/index.asp#BIOS
and here is the user manual(to download):
http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Manual/B450%20Pro4.pdf

Solution
The onboard would not work with that CPU (no integrated graphics). You'd need a graphics card.
You'd use the BIOS app for flashing. The app detects the USB and loads the file on it.

Can I also not install the gpu and connect the monitor to the motherboards hdmi port?
