ASRock B450 Pro4 RGB Help

So i had to get an RBG extender cable for my Phanteks Halo's and Phanteks LED light strips. Problem is, the lights for both of the halos, and both of the light strips only shine blue and an almost lavender color. ive messed around with the ASRock Polychrome software, and it only shows those two colors and very slight varients of them, even if i have it on say green or yellow. im thinking i need a BOIS update for it, cause i think that will fix the problem. will it fix it though?

my mobo is the ASRock B450 Pro4

Don't know if this board has the ability to work with the software,

at the bottom is shows what logo needs to come with a motherboard to work correctly with it and yours doesn't seem to have such a logo looking at the Asrock site. Like this one,

it comes with that logo.
Strange though they mention the software in the list of downloads ....

Phantek has it's own controllers which you could buy or as longshot could you try something as MSI's Mystic light,but have no high hopes on the last.
