Question AsRock B450 Pro4 storage configuration?

Is there any reason this motherboard wouldn't support a 500gb m.2 and a 1tb m.2 configuration?

As far as I can tell, m.2_2 shares a lane with sata3_4 and sata3_3 (neither of which are in use). So I see no reason I can't use both of the m.2's. But I'm not 100% sure and would rather not spend the money on a 1tb drive to find out that I can't use it.

Edit: AsRock B450 Pro4 + R5 2600, m.2_1 is occupied with a wd blue 500gb nvme. I was wanting to install a standard 1tb m.2 drive in the empty slot.

Are you on the latest BIOS update for the motherboard? If you don't have any drives populating the SATA ports, you should be fine. Speaking of which, mind sharing the make and models of both M.2 drives?
