Question ASRock B450 Steel Legend - - - turn on the PC with a USB mouse or keyboard ?

Hello I'm new here and got a question regarding the ASRock B450 Steel Legend motherboard.

I got this Board and can remember that I could turn on my PC with my USB mouse button or with USB keyboard (press any key) when the PC was completely turned off (not in any Sleep or Hybernate Mode - No Power LED on or blinking).

Can any other user here confirm that this function is possible with this Board (or in general with ASRock B450 AMD Chipset Boards)?!

Also maybe comment if you got a B550 Chipset and can do the same with this Chipset, please.

Any answer and help is greatly appreciated.

Only possible with a PS/2 keyboard.

Don't just google the Manual please... it's from an old BIOS Revision.

No Problem ... but I always get this answer - wherever I had asked this Question.
My reason for asking is, I had to return my ASRock Board and they didn't hat one for me to exchange it so they now send me a MSI MPG B550 Gaming Plus Board and there I can't find this Option and everyone again is telling me that it will only work with a PS/2 Mouse/Keyboard... so it's either that the newer B550 Chipset doesn't support it anymore or MSI didn't implement the function in there BIOS

Yes exactly - no reaching somewhere( wherever your PC-Case may stand) for the Power-Button to turn your PC on... just a click at your Mouse-Button or any Key on your Keyboard and ... your PC was turned on and working.
And no, not wake up from any Power-Saving State... from when it was completely off

Yeah, maybe it's really just ASRock exlusive - I don't know.
But I hope that there are User here that might got a B550 Board (any Manufacturer) that can confirm that in there BIOS they can activate a similar function to turn on the PC with USB Mouse/Keyboard?!
I might need to go and return my MSI Board and get my B450 Steel Legend back
