Question Asrock B450M-HDV R4.0 - BIOS Update to 4.90 or 7.40?

I have a Asrock B450M-HDV R4.0 with a Ryzen 5 2600. I am going to upgrade to a Ryzen 5 5600. Should I upgrade the bios to 4.90? Or 7.40? (Using a 6700XT as the GPU).

For the 5600 you need bios P4.90 or newer so either will work. Might aswell go for the newest.
