[SOLVED] ASrock b450m pro 4

I just built my first pc and at first i was getting no signal on the monitor. It says to put the ram in slots A2 and B2 but when i did it didn’t work. When i put the ram in slots A1 and A2 it boots up and works fine. any suggestions on what the problem might be?

They are the same ram stick
specs:ASrock b450 m pro 4
MSI geforce gtx 1650
Ryzen 2600x
Geil potenza ram ddr4-3000

yeah they are form the same kit i got all the parts together at micro center. and okay i’ll try that

I did that the display came on but it only is reading one of the cards. it’s supposed to be 16gb but only says 8 when slot A2 B2. i’m thinking i might have a bad motherboard

or bend cpu pin. or tight your cpu cooler too much and it bend the motherboard

yeah bought a new mobo and everything’s working perfect
