I have recently built a computer for my dad using the parts list below, and when turned on it doesn't display anything to the monitor, not even a bios or start screen. It all seems fine as the fans spin on both the graphics card and case fans but still no display from either the motherboard or gpu.

I've tried reseating the CPU and using 1 RAM stick to see if those are causing issues but still nothing.

Is there anything else which I could try? Any parts which I should replace?

Cheers

Solution
Make sure you have the 8 pin power cable plugged into motherboard.

Be sure both sticks of RAM are fully seated in their correct slots.

Also, you will not get ANY display output when plugged into ANY display output on motherboard.

The motherboard is the one listed on this post, hadn't saved the change on the parts list. I tried both the motherboard and gpu outputs using a HDMI cable and nothing was being displayed.
