Question ASRock b450m steel legend

So i m buliding a pc and i saw in the specifications section for the b450m that the supported frequencys are 2133 and above.
But after 2667 mhz it says that is supported 2933(OC),3200(OC)
What does the OC means

You'd have to manually set the RAM frequency in BIOS. OC = overclock.
