ASRock B75 Pro3-M

Hey There!!
Firstly I bought the ASRock B75 Pro3-M from a site for 80 dollars. Now it comes in a box but to my mistake I did not realize that I had to BUY my own Rams, and cpu and fan. I got rams but I am confused about the cpu? Can I just put in any one ? Please be specific!!!! I really need to know as I want to build this as a gift for my parents. I also want to play minecraft ^_^
