ASRock B85 Pro4 and Rosewill Line GLOW Standoff Issues

I just purchased both an ASRock B85 Pro4 and Rosewill Line GLOW from newegg (links: http://bit.ly/1iUorL6 and http://bit.ly/1hzukMi) The case says that it is ATX compatible, and of course, the motherboard is ATX form factor. I open up the case, do the usual look and see which standoffs I need for the board, but then I run into a problem. The top 3 standoffs are, for some reason, black and not brass like the other 6. Also, the middle of the top three is not needed. So, I try to remove it with the tool, just as I had to do with another standoff (that one however was brass.) Which then leads to the discovery that those 3 topmost standoffs are NOT removable. This would leave the middle one in question that needs to be removed shorting the board if I were to install it, as there is no corresponding hole on the board.
