asrock b85m pro3 no posting

hey there i have a freind who is building 2 identical pcs and neither of them are posting an image. hes using asrock b85m pro3. i5 4460 . gtx 660 . and corsair cx500 psus . both pcs fans are runnning but the lights on his mice and keyboard arent turning on and hes not getting an image via gpu or mother board onboard graphics .

i have asked if hes plugged everything in properly and your basic techie stuff but i can figure out whats wrong , i dunno what ram hes using but they are placed in dimm1 and dimm2 he says

i asked him most of the stuff on that page but there is suff i missed so ill send it to him . cheers .

edit , turned out he managed to not seat the ram properly ... took him 4 tries to do it XD
