Hello,

I have a Problem with my ASRock E3C236D2I

On startup the Board fails while init process, restarts and the HDDs loses power and turned off, after that the board will be boot the normal way. This happend every time I start the board, doesn't care about if the BMC already started or not.
I tried different PSUs and reset CMOS multiple times without success.

Can anyone help me?

My config is:

Board: ASRock Rack E3C236D2I
CPU: Intel Pentium G4400
PSU: FSP Fortron/Source FSP200-50GSV-5K(85) 200W SFX12V
RAM: Kingston ValueRAM DIMM 4GB, DDR4-2133, CL15-15-15, ECC (KVR21E15S8/4)

Thanks.

Have you made sure your device drivers are up to date? You should look through their support site and download the drivers corresponding your OS. Speaking of OS, what platform are you on? Your system;s specs is incomplete since it is devoid of your boot drive.

One other thing to note is, have you tried replacing the CMOS battery with a fresh battery? I'd also suggest trying out a different stick of ram and a different PSU(of higher wattage) and see if the issue is persistent. Do you have access to their technical support? You may want to inquire if they have a BIOS update for you.
