ASRock EXTREME3 990FX motherboard CPU compatibility. Please help?

Buying the ASRock EXTREME3 990FX and the AMD 6300FX. Checked ASRock's website and looked for the AMD 6300 compatibility. It says it's compatible after bios version 1.4 The latest version is 1.5 Does ASRock update their motherboards before they ship them? What if I get a motherboard with bios version before 1.4? Would the system just crash and not let me update the bios? I'm keeping the latest bios version on a usb stick incase it isn't, then I could just update the bios from that, but would it even let me into the bios? Kinda stressing me out, any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

BIOS version 1.4 was released more than 7 monts ago. You'd have to be unlucky to get a motherbaord with an older BIOS version.

Thanks for the relief! Was worried I had to pick out a different board, as it's the only reliable one that matches my theme, aswell as my budget.
