Asrock Extreme4 gen3 99.8 core clock?

Hi, i have the Asrock Extreme4 Gen3 motherboard as listed in the title with an i5 2500k installed and OC to around 4.9GH.

The weird thing im asking about is the strange BCLK number. In the BIOS, (i have not changed the BCLK at all) it is set to 100Mhz but i start and check CPU-Z and it says 99.8MHz. Just wondering if i should try and get this to 100? will it give more stable clocks?

Anybody else had the same thing?

That is from the spread spectrum. Disable it and it will go to 100
