ASRock is always a better choice for me, MSI's lifetime is mainly shorter than ASRock. Also if you plan to do some slight overclock your ASRock will handles higher oc being more stable.

Historically, MSI and ASRock have far more duds on AM3+ than winners, but these boards are some exceptions. I would take the ASRock in this case, not because I have any reason to believe that ASRock is a better brand, but the board itself is superior from a technical standpoint.
