ASROCK Fatal1ty 990FX- Internet Connection Problems.

I just got a new mobo and cpu (ASROCK Fatal1ty 990FX and AMD FX-8350) yesterday and I am having troubles with my internet.At first I had no problems but after about 5 hours it randomly shut off while I was watching a youtube video. I got it working about for about an hour, I used windows 7 troubleshooting feature. I redownloaded the LAN drivers and it still won't turn back on.

All other PCs and devices are fine with the internet. It is on my Computer that is not working.

still having this problem. Seems like it happens when i boot or restart my pc

I am sending it back to newegg. It appears to be defective.
