Newbie question here about fan connections. I have this Motherboard and have 3 fans and ID cooling Frostflow+ 280 to connect. So far I've used the #2 and # 12 for AIO For CPU and 2 Fans. I only have 2 more ports(# 25 and #13 on manual) for 3 Fan is there a way to connect a splitter type of cable for the 3 fans? And I that safe.

Yes, there are splitters that let you connect multiple fans to single header - typical allow 2 or 3 fans, but there are models that allow even more. It is safe as long as total power consumption of all fans connected to splitter does not exceed header's maximum (typically 1 A). Note that there are two types of splitters - 3-pin and 4-pin. While you can connect any fan to 4-pin splitter, you can't connect 4-pin fan to 3-pin splitter.
One more thing to consider is how to use splitter. It is best to connect same fans to splitter. Failing that, it is better to avoid mixing 3- and 4- pin fans on single splitter - while it can be done (in most cases), it requires you to connect 3-pin fan on a splitter cable with sense pin to make it work.

Thank you so much for the answer. Did I do the AIO connection correctly? I connected the Pump on CPU Fan #2 on the manual and the 2 AIO fan are connected to CPU Pump #12 on the manual. Do I need to swap it?

Swap them. In BIOS, in Hardware Health Event Monitoring Screen, find CHA_FAN3 / W_Pump Switch and set it to Water Pump, then Chassis Fan 3 Control Mode set to DC mode (if not already set so).

Thank you so much for your guides. So I'll need to connect the AIO pump to CHA_FAN3 / W_Pump Switch and the AIO fans to CPU Fan connector right? And switch fan 3 control mode to DC. Is that right?

Most new motherboards are flexible enough to don't care where you plug each fan - as long as you set up all in BIOS correctly it will work fine - and some boards are even smart enough to make it run smooth on its own.
