ASRock Fatal1ty FM2A88X+ Killer vs MSI A88XM GAMING Which should I choose?

Hello, I would like to ask a question to PC building pros!

These are the motherboards that I am deciding on:
ASRock Fatal1ty FM2A88X+ Killer
MSI A88XM GAMING

I am planning to build a computer, but I am stuck with the motherboards.
As far as I can see, the specs of motherboards above are simmilar. But, which one would you choose?

My CPU: AMD Athlon X4 760K
My RAM: Corsair Vengence Low Profile DDR3-1886
My GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750Ti

Motherboard don't give you a performance increase. Remember that! Get the cheaper one. Also I preferred having a MSI mobo.
