Im wondering if this MOBO is compatible with my build specifically the cpu it says on the asrock website that it should be but i would like piece of mind if any one has done it before, bit off topic but is my psu good?

Solution
I assume you are going for a red build. So, I changed RAM to 1866 instead of 1600, still red. Changed PSU to Antec (red) and it is good quality too. Lastly, dropped the CPU cooler. No need for aftermarket one. If anything maybe a Noctua cooler.

Side note. If this is a gaming build then I'd get less RAM, use 4690k, and a Z97 mobo.

Yeah, the Antec HCG 620 that envy14tpe suggested is one of the ones I usually suggest. You could even run with his build. You don't really need an aftermarket CPU cooler when you're not overclocking.
