ASRock Fatal1ty P67 Performance vs Asus Maximus V Gene

I am yet again making a new pc but i don't know what motherboard i should pick.
i need a motherboard that is good for overclocking and harcore gaming.
so far these two have caught my eye:
the ASRock Fatal1ty P67 Performance and the Asus Maximus V Gene.
which one would be the best for gaming (i need to be able to play skyrim/battlefield 3 on ultra or atleast high)

If they're both of the same price I would get the Maximus V.

same. although it's a smaller form factor it offers better features.
