which one would you choose and why? my biggest concern is cpu-overclockablity and quality/longevity. Also im gonna have one cpu aircooler, 4 case fans, 2 usb 3.0 ports on case and one ssd+hardisk (probably not gonna add more storage anytime soon).

Pretty similar, the GB has USB 3.1 support, otherwise if one has something you need that the other doesn't, go for it. Also for what it's worth both are good looking mobos
