I would like to help me choose a metherboard this, I will not overclocking,

I have the following

corsair dominator platinum (2400MHz C10) 32GB (4 x 8GB

Intel® Core ™ i7-4790 Processor, I plan to then switch to 4790k

SSD mushkin enhanced eco2 240GB

Asus R9 280x DC2T
Asus 7970 DC2T
Crossfire

Zalman Dual Reserator 3 Max Liquid

Rosewill PSU 1300Watt

Since you are not overclocking, the Asus Maximus VII Hero isn't worth it. Go for the ASRock Fatal1ty Z97X Killer/3.1 motherboard, It will suit your needs.

If not really OCing the CPU then either will work, however it may take a slight OC of the CPU to run the DRAM at full 2400, not all 4790Ks can carry 2400 at stock
