I am having trouble with a new build I'm working on. Just put together the setup listed below and cannot get any video out put at all and just show error codes (00, 30, and 4C) on the motherboard. From looking up similar issues I have tried: Taking out CPU and checking for damaged pins, taking out all RAM (which gives error code 53), trying just 1 stick of RAM in each slot, resetting CMOS, and a number of other RAM configurations. All tests have ended up with the same 3 errors codes and no video output from the HDMI nor VGA port. I can't get to the Bios to event check any settings there. I initially had a GTX 1080, 2 TB HDD, and DVD drive connected, but have removed/disconnected all 3 for troubleshooting.

Any help in figuring out the error codes or suggestions for troubleshooting would be appreciated.

ya, all that is well supported under the first release bios of that board. I seen a few guys get a defect CPU with skylake and changed everything out to try to resolve and last ditch RMA the CPU back to intel and there new replacement worked great and as expected .. ?????

tough call on what to do when these things happen and costs can start adding up rma shipping around or buying another part to try , ect ..... been there

pc shop may be a good bet to test but I wonder how many got all this latest stuff set up to do so ??

you get this hot new first release stuff you the Guiney pigger / beta tester

I'm not at home at the moment so I can't check this. Do you know if with a single side clip RAM slot if the clip locks in automatically like it does with a 2 clip slot? I have been putting in the ram and the side without a clip actually make a click noise like it is attached and then I have been lowering the other side slip manually. I just thought about it and wasn't sure if it should just be latching down on its own when inputting the RAM.

So it turns out I just did not apply enough pressure and so the single clip did not lock in. I was manually pulling it down which did not fully seat the RAM.

TL;DR Push harder so that you hear 2 clicks and the latch locks in on its own so that RAM is properly installed.

All is good now. Thanks for everyone responding to my questions!
