My mb came DOA.We tried everything to get in bios but first of all it didnt gave us signal on tv,second it was stuck on A2 error code without reason.....we connected and disconnected hdd, ssd, rams.Asrock also sent me some steps we already tried.I also saw 3 more reviews on newegg and amazon that people received the same mobo with this problem. Is it possible that a whole batch has this problem?

There are too many variables.
Asrock sell a lot of motherboards so you might see a large number of "reported DOA" when reality most of those are related to shipping, the way users handle mobos. Like inadequate ESD protection, installing components improperly, etc.
There are a few other that could have faulty soldering, ports, slots, etc.
I have been buying motherboards for 26 year and only once a VGA port was faulty on a Gigabyte unit.
I have a anti static mat, use anti static gloves and sometimes wrist strap.

My tv is 1080p and has pc,gaming modes on it.Also it has 300hz refresh rate.

Maybe I am one of the unlucky guys

It's up to you if willing to test a monitor, or not...
